Honestly, like truly honestly, Doc is by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with and I would recommend him for anyone. Any age, skill set, any goal; he is the trainer for you. He is able to gauge and truly see what a person is capable of and knows when to up the weight (even if you don’t want to) or when to take a breather. No doubt that Doc can help you reach or attain whatever goal you have whether it’s just getting moving or meeting specific goals. He’s an insane athlete himself with extensive experience and he knows the perfect way to push people to get to their goals and listen to their bodies. As he says, “mentally tough”. He is also makes working out fun and has a dose of humor that is perfectly placed. I started training with him a little over a year ago, and I would can’t imagine my life without his workouts. I walk away from every workout exhausted, yet motivated and feeling good about myself. I never ever regret a workout with Doc. In the time I’ve worked with him, I’ve gotten into one of the most fit and strongest shapes I’ve ever been, and I couldn’t be happier with where I’ve gotten. He’s the best mix of athleticism,  strength and overall health and he’s built a community that is worth joining. Highly, highly recommend. If you literally want to drip and get fit, a workout with Doc will do the trick.
